Weichert Referral Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Rafael Flores as our Member Success Coordinator.
In this new role, Flores will support the company’s growing network of referral agents by providing guidance, resources, and personalized assistance to ensure agent success. He will play a key role in onboarding new agents, maintaining close relationships with existing members, and ensuring that agents have the tools and information they need to thrive in a competitive real estate market.
Before joining Weichert Referral Associates, Flores succeeded in the real estate industry, working as a sales agent for over 16 years. Rafael got into real estate in 2007, working first in the foreclosure side until 2015, when he teamed up with another agent and created their own real estate team that specialized in foreclosures and short sales. Rafael has assisted with and closed on hundreds of sales and helped countless buyers achieve their dream of home ownership as well as dozens of homeowners sell their homes via short sale and avoid foreclosure.
